Acne is a very common skin concern among both adolescent and adult patients. The condition is characterized by breakouts with pimples, blackheads, deeper nodules, and subsequent scarring. it is often associated with the hormonal changes that occur during one's younger years, but the condition can persist into adulthood.

Breakouts are often prompted by clogged pores, overproduction of oil, dead skin cells, and bacteria. to effectively address breakouts and reduce post-breakout scarring, the team at DISCC designs individualized protocols for each patient. Treatments can include laser therapy, peels, skincare products, medications, and more.
